of: ROWAN TREE 107 PROPRIETARY LIMITED, Registration number 2004/004088/07 in respect of certain:
ERF 185 ERASMIA TOWNSHIP,REGISTRATION DIVISION J.R., PROVINCE OF GAUTENG MEASURING:
1 115 (ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTEEN) Square metres, HELD BY Deed of Transfer
T85183/2007, which deed has been lost or destroyed and of which the registered duplicate copy has also been
lost or destroyed.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of a copy of the title deed are hereby required to lodge the
same in writing with the REGISTRAR OF DEEDS: NORTH GAUTENG at PRETORIA , within 6 (six) weeks

 UPON THE MOTION OF COUNSEL FOR THE APPLICANT AND UPON READING THE NOTICE OF
MOTION AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FILED ON RECORD

   A Rule Nisi is issued calling upon the Respondents and any other interested party to show cause on 13 March
2026 as to why an order in the following forms should not be made:
   1.1 That the deregistration and/or dissolution of the company known CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD,
with registration number 2012/143666/07 be declared void in terms of section 83(4) of the Companies Act 71 of
2008.
   1.2 That the Third Respondent, THE COMPANIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMMISSION,
(CIPC), be authorised and directed to restore CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, with registration number
2012/143666/07, registration as a company and to restore CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD'S name to
the register of companies.
   1.3 That the assets of CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, with registration number 2012/143666/07
immediately prior to its deregistration and/or dissolution on or about the JANUARY 2024 be declared to be no
longer bona vacantia and be re-vested in CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, with registration number
2012/143666/07.
   1.4 That the liabilities of CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, with registration number 2012/143666/07
immediately prior to its deregistration and/or dissolution on or about JANUARY 2024 be declared to re-vest in
CYASSOUNDS PROJECTS (PTY) LTD, with registration number 2012/143666/07.
   1.5 That such further and/or alternative order contemplated in section 83(4)(a) of the Companies Act 71 of
2008 and/or further alternative relief be granted to the Applicant/Plaintiff as the Honourable Court deems just and
equitable in the circumstances.
   1.6 The First and Second Respondent be ordered to forthwith surrender to the Applicant the following vehicle:

   ENGINE NUMBER : 56236415
   CHASSIS NUMBER : WBA12AS010CH38809
   1.7 The Sheriff of the Honourable Court be authorised and requested to attach,
   seize and hand over to the Applicant, wherever it may be found, the vehicle as described in prayer 1.6 above.
   1.8 The Applicant be authorised to sell the attached vehicle as described in prayer 1.6 above.
   1.9     The cost of this application.
   2. The Applicant is to serve this order on the Respondents in terms of Rule 4, in addition to publishing the
order once in the Government Gazette and Daily News Newspaper; and
   3. The Applicant is to file an affidavit detailing compliance with (2) above
