  Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of section thirty-eight of the Deeds Registries, 1937, I,
  FATIMA KHAN, in her capacity as Executrix in the Estate Late HAWA BIBI KHAN, acting under Letter Of
Executorship Number 007879/2022 issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa, Durban at Durban
on 29 June 2023
  intend to apply for the issue of a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Deed of Transfer ST38084/2020
dated 25 August 2020 passed by

  In respect of certain
  (a) Section No. 77 as shown and more fully described on Sectional Plan No SS977/2008 in the scheme
known as SARAZEN VIEW in respect of the land and building or buildings situate at CLUBVIEW EXTENSION
90 TOWNHSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which
section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 70 (Seventy) square meters in extent; and
   (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance
with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
  HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST38084/2020
  which has been lost or destroyed.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same
in writing with the Registrar of Deed at PRETORIA situated at 600 Lilian Ngonyi Street, Berea Park, Pretoria
within a period of six weeks after the date of the first publication of this notice, this being the first publication.

  In re: An Ex Parte Application for the variation of the Applicants Matrimonial Regime in terms of Section
21(1) of the Matrimonial Property Act, No 88 of 1984
   BE PLEASED TO TAKE NOTICE THAT application will be made to the above Honourable Court on behalf
ofMOKGOHLWE SEKIE SHAKU andKGOMO MAILA (hereinafter referred to as "the Applicants") on the 25 th
of November of 2024 at 10:00 or as soon thereafter as council can be heard, for an order in the following terms:
   1. The Applicants are given leave to change the matrimonial property system which applies to their marriage,
by the execution and registration of a notarial contract, a draft whereof is attached to the founding affidavit and
is marked annexure "ANC" at which contract after registration thereof, will regulate their property system.
  2. The Registrar of Deeds is authorised to register a notarial contract.
  3. This order:
   3.1. Will lapse if a notarial contract is not registered by the Registrar of Deeds within 3 months of the date of
the granting of this order; and
  3.2. Will not prejudice the rights of any creditors of the Applicants as at the date of registration of the
contract.
  TAKE NOTICE THAT the intended PostNuptial Notarial Contract lies for inspection at the Registrar of
