90 TOWNHSHIP, LOCAL AUTHORITY: CITY OF TSHWANE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY, of which
section the floor area, according to the said sectional plan is 70 (Seventy) square meters in extent; and
   (b) An undivided share in the common property in the scheme apportioned to the said section in accordance
with the participation quota as endorsed on the said sectional plan.
  HELD BY Deed of Transfer Number ST38084/2020
  which has been lost or destroyed.
   All interested persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same
in writing with the Registrar of Deed at PRETORIA situated at 600 Lilian Ngonyi Street, Berea Park, Pretoria
within a period of six weeks after the date of the first publication of this notice, this being the first publication.

CRESSLAWN TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.R., THE PROVINCE OF GAUTENG, which has
been lost or destroyed. All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge
the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at PRETORIA within six weeks after the date of the first

registration duplicate has also been lost or destroyed. All persons having objection to the cancellation of the
